Final Last Words: Surviving Dead Week

This week I chose to start my class early. I did all my readings and had all of my assignments finished by Wednesday. This was a really good feeling because I knew I had a final on thursday that i needed to prepare for. I also calculated my grade and realized that if i work on the extra credit I can make an A in this class. I made a schedule earlier this week to stick to and it made all the difference. I was able to get everything done in a timely matter and I was able to have enough time to study for my final as well. My best writing this week would be my story in my google site. I was given a lot of great feedback and it allowed me to make my story so much better. I love mysteries and stories about crime so my story i posted has been one of my favorites. My other classes are going well. I only have one more final to take for the semester. It is absolutely crazy how fast this semester has gone by but I have enjoyed each class I have taken. The Fairy Frog By: Gertrude Landa begins by introducing the characters the characters speak to each other through dialogue references specific mourning duties the father commands the son to do as he says the son obeyed what his father told him to do new character arrives that sells something to the son the son followed his fathers rules to receive good fortune the son obtained a frog the son and his wife tended to the frog describes their emotions and thoughts as to what is going on the animal speaks as the wife falls into sadness the frog obeys the fathers wishes  the frog ended up to be good to the son and give them good fortune detailed setting of the next scene the frog repaid the couple by giving them gifts from all the frog talks to the couple the frog reveals his true identity  frog leaves  the couple ended up living in wealth and happiness as the father had said all was happy and true Frog leading the couple into the woods

Week 8 Comments and Feedback

Overall, I find the comments and feedback to be extremely helpful. The comments I like the most are the ones that give me specific suggestions on how best to improve my writing. Also I like the ones that specifically tell me what is wrong with my writing so I can be sure to fix it. I would say that most of my comments and feedback have been helpful, I try and give positive and constructive feedback that the writer can use to better their writing. With people's blogs it has been fun to get to know people in the class since this is an online class, I have loved learning about what their different interests are. I think my introduction post is a good representation of myself and lets people know about my interests and what I am in college pursuing. I think in the future I want people to be a little more specific when giving me comments and tell me exactly what they think would work better.
